  • Referral Fee Processing: To facilitate the referral fee arrangement between Philadelphia Realtors and the receiving agent or brokerage upon transaction closing. This fee is paid by the agent, not by you.

As a licensed referral agent operating under Real Brokerage (Real Broker, LLC), we may share relevant information with our supervising brokerage as required by Pennsylvania real estate licensing law and brokerage compliance requirements.

c) With Service Providers
